LAGOWSKA
Urszula is an Associate Professor in the department of People and Organisations at NEOMA Business Shool. She holds a PhD in Management (FGV-EBAPE in Rio de Janeiro – Brazil). She teaches Leadership Seminar, Management and Organisation, and Negotiation and Conflict Management in undergraduate and PGE programs. Urszula’s research is aimed at understanding the impact of post-heroic forms of leadership and identity processes in organizations. She also studies the effect of leadership structures on team processes and outcomes. The results of Urszula’s research have been presented at various conferences, such as the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, European Group for Organizational Studies Colloquium, and European Academy of Management Conference, and published in top journals like Journal of Applied Psychology and Public Administration Review. She has participated in various research projects in Latin America on such topics as the use of big data in public governance and the effects of leadership on school outcomes in public education.
