Cindy ZAWADZKI joined the faculty of NEOMA Business School in September 2009. She has been an associate professor since 2014. She was a visiting professor at Renmin University of China for 2 years.

Prior to joining NEOMA BS, she was a Management Controller in a personal goods company. She teaches Management Control at all levels (Bachelor, Master, PhD) and audiences (initial and executive education).

Her research focuses on performance management systems in SMEs, the results of which have been published in academic journals such as Comptabilité Contrôle Audit, Finance Contrôle Stratégie, Revue Française de Gestion.
